Avatar of Dave's Skinks, Inc.

This reptile was produced by Dave's Skinks, Inc.

I've been passionate about all animals since I was old enough to smile. I became more passionate about reptiles when it was announced severe cat and dog allergies would prohibit me from becoming that kind of a pet owner. I was only 2 when the news broke. I was blessed with my first retile, a Leopard Gecko lizard named Herman for my 9th birthday. Over the years I expanded my scaled family to include more Leopard Geckos, Anoles, Bearded Dragons, Fire Skinks, and various fish and amphibians. As I got older I became specialized in Blue Tongue Skinks. I started Dave's Skinks, Inc as a means to produce healthy and beautiful blue tongues in an ethical manner that respects the genetic code of the babies while providing dedicated space for the adults that reflects a more naturalistic environment in captivity. I have now been a Blue Tongue keeper for over 17 years. I keep 4 different species with 22 individual blue tongues and counting. Dream Pets Wish List: - Asian Sun Bear - Female Clouded Leopard - Goldsfield Shingleback Blue Tongue Skinks - Caiman Lizard - African Fat Tailed Gecko - Kenyan Zebra Skinks - Dog

Classic Northern (Tiliqua scincoides interermedia) acquired from Living Art in Pennsylvania, after they bought out some of the Sweet Arrow Reptiles stock around the time of their closing. Karen was born in June 2015. She is an experienced mother and delivered her first litter of 8 babies for us in 2023. Fairly nice, just a little speedster. She is above average in size and stature. Her significant reduction in traditional dark side bands are what caught my eye.

Carl is a Classic Northern in a High Orange phase. He is obsessed with me more than any other skink. He will actually follow me to another room if I go. He was produced by James Wilson with classic genes originating from Jeff Greene's line. Born in 2016.
